1 The Need
As a small business, price and advice are the two things that are most important to me. I want to feel safe in the fact that I am accurately covered and that I understand what I am paying for. I don’t want to tick boxes on a website or attempt to use an automated chat function. I want to feel supported and that I have made the right decision.
2 The Solution
Pubs have taken a great hit to their income this year and so Paul needed to find the most competitive premium possible. By chatting with Paul, I was able to explain the cover that he needed, so that he felt secure in what he was purchasing. I know this business well (something I like to do with all my businesses) and so I was in a good place to know what should be included in his quote allowing Paul to feel confident that he is fully covered. I have access to the largest broker network and so I was able to find a more competitive quote and so reduce his premium further. Because I undertake all the work, Paul did not need to negotiate call centres and tick lists and I will be available to him at any time to answer his questions. I was also able to refer his family to a trusted financial consultant and save them money as well.
3 The Result
I enjoyed the consultation as it was informal, friendly and useful. Dean was able to carefully and fully explain the cover I needed and help me to feel secure in my purchase. So now, not only do I feel happy that I have the correct cover, I know I can easily chat with him at any time should I have a question or want to make a change to my business. I presumed that doing it myself on a comparison website would be cheaper but that wasn’t the case! Not only this but he was able to recommend someone who could help other members of my family too!
