1 The Need
Within the supply and fit marble and stone industry, my experience and knowledge often means my business, Carrarino, is asked to deliver very specialist solutions both within the domestic and commercial environment. In turn I need a carefully crafted insurance policy. In the past I've felt insurance brokers had never given me enough time and thought. My business has many areas that need careful consideration and I felt simply answering a pre-set questionnaire did not allow me to discuss my business needs in detail and so I'd never really felt confident that my business was fully covered.
Another key consideration is the industry is hugely competitive, therefore all costs must be kept to a minimum and so the thought that a bespoke insurance policy would be affordable as opposed to an “off the peg” offer, seemed highly unlikely.

As with all my clients, I take an active interest in his business and chat on a regular basis.
